What can delay my order?
If the address you entered for your billing address does not correspond to the billing address on your credit card - we will not be able to authorize your account until we contact you.
Shipping Information:
We at BottingsOnline.com strive to achieve the lowest possible shipping rates for you. Shipping charges are calculated on both the weight of the product and its packaging. Shipping charges will usually increase with the addition of items to your order, however minimum / maximum weights are set by our shipper and shipping costs will vary.
Unless informed otherwise, we always ship the "Best Way" and therefore, shipping costs are NOT finalized until you have received a confirmation e-mail from us stating both product costs and shipping / handling charges. Best Way includes but is not limited to UPS ground, Fed-Ex ground, and USPS standard. Other methods such as NextDay and Second Day are only available at additional charges on select products and orders must be placed by phone only in order to ensure products are in stock.
Products will be combined into single shipments whenever possible to lower shipping and handling charges. However, we have more than one vendor and products from a single order may be sent from different vendors based on the availability of products from said vendors. In most cases, this will NOT result in higher shipping and handling charges.
We process your order the first business day after we receive it. We will send you an order confirmation upon receipt of payment, whether by credit card (processed offline and shown as Bottings Farm & Home LLC) or by check (which must be received at BottingsOnline.com, Botting’s Farm & Home Supply, 457 Martville Rd., Martville, NY 13111) before your order is submitted to our vendors.
Most orders will usually be shipped within 2 – 11 business days and will be received within 7 – 14 business days. When an order cannot be shipped within 14 days, you will be contacted by e-mail and / or telephone (whatever methods you provided). Our policy is to NOT maintain backorders beyond 30 days under any circumstances.
We ship only to physical addresses that include street and location information. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and mailbox stores.

Return Policy:
SUMMARY
0 - 29 days: Return your products* for any reason and a FULL REFUND** (100%) of the product total will be issued.
30 - 59 days: Return your products* for any reason and a refund will be issued for 85% of the product total.
60+ days: Returns are not accepted for any reason.
DETAILS
* Refunds will not be issued for consumable or edible products such as pet food, horse medicines, etc.
Our policy is to accept returns for any reason within 59 calendar days of receipt. Returns after 60 calendar days of receipt are not accepted.
From the day you get your order you have 29 calendar days to return your product for a FULL** refund of your product total.
**We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
After 29 calendar days, there will be a 15% restocking fee that will apply for all returns we receive. We will issue a refund to your credit card after our warehouse has received and processed your item.
We will refund both products costs and shipping charges if the return is the result of our error or the product is shipped to you defective. You must report the defective product or products shipped by error within 14 days from receipt of product for this policy to apply.
All returns must be complete, in resalable condition (clean without signs of use) and placed in their original packaging to receive the partial refund. For your protection, we recommend you use a carrier that will insure your package and supplies tracking information. Please save the carrier receipt until you receive your refund.
